Mr. Wronko’s students wrote a short essay about how after an event like 9/11/01 there was still hope. The following essays truly express that idea.

Karen Villa Carrasco
After an event like 9/11 there was still hope because while the Twin Towers were collapsing, people of different races were not fighting. Instead they were helping each other in a time of need. The people were worrying more for each other and not caring about their background. Also the firefighters who were inside finding people were not thinking about themselves. They were thinking of others. Because of the efforts of all the people that day, there would be hope.

Nature Blueford
During 9/11, there was hope. People were kind enough to help each other and not fight while they were in a terrible situation. There was hope because when the north tower fell down, there were people inside
who survived the collapse. Another reason why there was hope because people who were hurt were found. Those people who were founded needed a lot of help. Many years later there was a new building built to
replace the Twin Towers. The new building was built skinny with glass windows. This new building showed that after an event such as 9/11 there was still hope.

Mikayla Serrano
On 9/11 there was always hope because the people involved with this event had family and loved ones who were in danger. Hope was the only option to have in a time like this. People had to have hope because on
that day nobody wanted to die. On that day everybody used hope to protect their families.
