Dunbar Repertory Company & Count Basie Theatre present the classic retelling of the birth of Jesus by Langston Hughes directed by Darrell Lawrence Willis Sr. “Come and enjoy this ONE NIGHT ONLY gospel celebration of praise to our God! This will be a night filled with anointed singing and powerful acting as the Nativity story comes to life on stage right before your very eyes. Yours truly will be the narrator as we welcome the greatest gift into the world JESUS. This is a fundraiser for the upkeep of our Historic Newark DEC Headquarters Church, located at 621 Clinton Avenue, Newark, NJ. Your help is appreciated and needed. For every ticket purchased, $15 will be donated to the church and the remainder will be applied toward the seat of your choice. Orchestra seats (best seats-on floor-center stage) are $40 per seat. Balcony seats are $35 and $30 respectively. For every ticket purchased through me or by any member of our executive team, I will personally autograph for you! Seats are going fast, so please share this with your church pastor & saints, civic groups, family members and friends. Let’s have a good time in the Lord @ the Count Basie Theatre on December 27th! Need tickets? Additional information? Want to just donate to the cause? Call me @ 908-675-0707 Business phone/ 732-361-3514 Elder Antonious Thigpen”
