In the news, Mr. Wronko’s students, Ludnie Coriolan, Chardensina Darius, and Burdley Lavarin did a presentation about their home country of Haiti for the students in Ghana.
Haiti Ghana session
Their presentation went into the history of Haiti which included the president, Jovenel Moise, prime minister, Jean-Henry Ceant, culture, food, hobbies, and current events. Ludnie Coriolan, Chardensina Darius, and Burdley Lavarin also played on the computer Haiti’s National Anthem (See Video Below). The students in Ghana congratulated Ludnie Coriolan, Chardensina Darius, and Burdley Lavarin for a job well done.
Back files
From the back files, Mr. Wronko’s dream scholar student Harmony Benjamin, presented to the class from Black Knowledge Productions an awesome poster of many black women from history. This poster showed very nice portraits of many black women who made a huge difference in history. Some of the women on the poster were Coretta Scott King (American Author and a Leader during the Civil Rights Movement: See her daughter’s post below when she spoke to Asbury Park), Bessie Coleman (the first African American female pilot), and Mae Carol Jemison (First Black Woman to Travel In Space). Also the dream academy students did a presentation on Harriet Tubman (Leader in the Underground Railroad). In addition, below see the video dedicated to the chief of Unheard Voices Magazine Chenelle Covin.
Last story for in the news, problems with Avengers Endgame. When Captain America went back to return the Infinity Stones, why did they not have a scene of him fighting the Red Skull from the first Captain America movie? Another missed opportunity. Finally, how did Thor getting back his hammer not change the past? This would of changed the overall timeline. Am I wrong!
