31-year-old Elijah Buffaloe was out celebrating his birthday when he was shot and killed.

Details on the shooting
Buffaloe was shot around 1:30 a.m. on Brighton Avenue between Ocean Boulevard and 2nd Avenue in the city’s West End neighborhood.
The 31-year-old was transported to a nearby hospital and a few days later, succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities have not released a motive for the shooting or made an arrest.
