About Miseducation of Lauryn Hill
Released in 1998, the Miseducation is Hill’s only full-length solo work. With a combination of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Neo Soul, The Miseducation debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Celebrating its 51st anniversary, this year’s list of inductions also include ‘Donna Summers’ “I Feel Love” and De La Soul’s “3 Feet High and Rising”.
“We’re proud to unveil the diverse mix of recordings entering the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame in its 50th year,” expressed Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Recording Academy.
“The music showcased here has played a pivotal role in shaping our cultural landscape, and it’s a true honor to recognize these albums and recordings, along with the profound influence each has had on music and beyond.”
In total, four albums and six singles were selected with qualitative or historical significance and are at least 25 years old.
